Does my bike need to be cleaned and fully serviced?+
No, we are happy to include a full service and clean in the valuation of your bike.
Will you accept any bike?+
Whilst we’re happy to consider anything, we generally won’t accept anything that originally retailed for under £750.00 or is older than 3 years. We will value each bike independently though, so please get in touch regardless of age or cost!
Is the quoted price guaranteed?+
No, we will need to inspect each bike to confirm everything is operational. If you contact us with as much information as possible, we can give you a quote subject to a full inspection. If you come in to see us, we’ll be able to give you an accurate quote whilst you wait.
Can I use the C2W Scheme to purchase the new bike?+
Absolutely! Once we’ve given you a valuation for your old bike, you are very welcome to use the C2W Scheme to pay the remaining cost of the new bike.
Can I trade in an E-Bike?+
We are happy to accept E-Bikes as long as they’re not conversions. Valuations will take into account mileage and a full diagnosis. If there are any error messages, unfortunately we won’t be able to accept the bike.
